The Asian American Women Entrepreneurs Association (AAWEA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Asian American women in entrepreneurship and professional development. Headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area, AAWEA has established chapters across the United States.
Since its founding in 2019, AAWEA has grown to over 1,300 members and successfully hosted more than 100 high-impact events, engaging professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders from diverse industries.
Guided by our core values — Cognition, Connection, Courage, and Creativity — AAWEA accompanies Asian American women on their entrepreneurial and professional journeys, helping them find direction, build trust, embrace change, and realize their potential.
