Responsibilities
. Provide presale and after sale support for our
Account Manager
· Establish customer relationships and followup with customers on behalf of Account
Manager
. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendlycustomer serviceService can include responding to inquiriesregarding availability, eligibility, coverages,policy changes, transfers, claim submissions,and biling clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customersabout insurance options. Work with Senior Advisor to establish andmeet marketing goals
.Develon leads schedule anpointmentsidentify customer needs, and marketappropriate products and services· Maintain a strong work ethic with a totalcommitment to success each and every day
Requirements
. Interest in marketing products and servicesbased on customer needs
· Excellent interpersonal skills· Excellent communication skills -written, verbal and listening. Enthusiastic about the role insurance andfinancial products play in helping peoplemanage the risks of everyday life, recover fromthe unexpected, and realize their dreams
